Tina began her dance journey in 2005 with NRA dance club, under the guidance of Ms. Ann Tan. She then went on to successfully graduate the Jitterbugs Scholarship Programme in 2006, and started actively pursuing performance and competition opportunities, participating in Suntec Dance, Funkamania and more. Her crew, NRA Legacy, also won the Super 24 Dance Competition in 2013.
Besides teaching and competing, Tina is also actively choreographing for and mentoring dance productions such as NRA Danzation and Recognize Studio’s annual student recital, and crews such as Roosevelt (SDD Finalist – 2012, 2013), Dapper Funk (Gatsby Finalist – 2015), Auraion (Super24 Dance Competition Finalist – 2015) and more.
Though she specializes in Street Jazz, Tina is also an active member of SG Waack, a local Waacking community, and is heavily involved in both local and overseas Waacking events.
